OFF THE RAILS!

Deuteronomy 6:5 says
Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your strength.

At camp, as kids learn how to love God with all their heart, soul, mind, and strength, they will see how to take their relationship with Him to a new level--OFF THE RAILS!
Who can attend?
Boys and Girls grades 3rd – 7th
(Completed 2nd grade this school year 2018)

When: Wednesday, May 30th – Saturday, June 2nd

Departure time: Wednesday, May 30th. (Meet @ 9:00am in church parking lot. Leave from church parking lot @ 10:00am for Camp Yorktown Bay)

Departure time from Yorktown: Saturday, June 2nd. (2:00pm from Yorktown Bay to meet parents at 4:00pm in church parking lot)

What to bring: Good attitude! Bible, notebook, SLEEPING BAG, blanket, pillow, wash-cloths, Towels, Toiletries, PJ’s, toothbrush, toothpaste, clothes for 4 days, tennis shoes, Water shoes, sandals, & bathing suits. (Girls/Ladies: One piece bathing suits).

Parents: Lunch will be provided on Wednesday!

I also give permission for the student named above to participate in all activities associated with the above activity. I understand all reasonable safety precautions will be taken at all times by the Connect Church and its agents during the events and activities. I understand the possibility of unforeseen hazards and know the inherent possibility of risk. I agree not to hold Connect Church, it’s leaders, employees, and volunteer staff liable for damages, losses, diseases, or injuries incurred by the subject of this form.

In case medical help is needed, I give my permission to appropriate staff and adults of Connect Church to get appropriate treatment from a licensed physician, in the event that I cannot be reached at the numbers found below.
